I work with clients using cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to address anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach focuses on identifying thought patterns and behavioral changes that create meaningful progress, and I find telehealth allows me to meet clients in their own comfortable spaces where they're often most open to doing this work.
