Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your provider dashboard. Verified runs through your paid term. Growth stops at the end of your next billing cycle.
What does verification mean?
Our team confirms your NPI, state licenses, and the insurance you accept before your Verified badge goes live. Takes 1-2 business days. If anything looks off, we follow up before approving.
What if I do not get any patients?
Verified is $99/year — less than $9 a month. If one new patient finds you, the tier pays for itself. Growth includes the analytics that tell you exactly how many patients searched for you, so you can make a clear-eyed renewal decision.
Is my profile data mine?
Yes. You control your bio, photo, services, booking link, and accepted insurance. We never share your data with third parties.
Do you offer a refund?
If we reject your verification, you get a full automatic refund. If you change your mind within 30 days of a successful claim, reply to your welcome email and we will refund you, no questions asked.
