Who's behind Vitely
Built and operated by Bryan Madison
I started Vitely because the existing telehealth directories are either pay-to-rank advertisements that bury the best providers behind ad spend, or stale rosters from 2019 that haven't been updated since the pandemic. Meanwhile patients were spending 3-4 weeks calling offices to verify insurance, getting wrong information, and giving up before booking. There's no good reason for that — the providers exist, the patients exist, the data exists. What was missing was an honest search layer.
Every provider on Vitely comes directly from the federal National Provider Identifier registry — real licensed clinicians, no fake listings. We don't accept payment to rank providers higher, we don't sell patient data, and patient search will always be free. The paid Verified and Growth tiers fund the platform; everything else is free for both sides.
