About

I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim restful, restorative sleep and the quality of life that comes with it. Through my sleep medicine practice, I work with patients struggling with everything from chronic insomnia to sleep apnea, taking time to understand what's disrupting their rest and crafting personalized treatment plans that actually work. I'm available via telehealth because I believe good sleep care shouldn't require traveling—just a genuine conversation about what's keeping you awake.

Services offered

I evaluate and treat a wide range of sleep disorders including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm problems that affect shift workers and those with irregular schedules. My approach combines evidence-based medical management with behavioral strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), sleep hygiene optimization, and when appropriate, medication management tailored to your specific needs. I work with adults experiencing daytime sleepiness, nighttime awakenings, difficulty falling asleep, non-restorative sleep, and the exhaustion that comes from untreated sleep conditions. During a typical telehealth visit, we'll discuss your sleep history, symptoms, and daytime impacts, then develop a treatment strategy that may include lifestyle modifications, therapy, diagnostic testing recommendations, or prescriptions—all from the comfort of your home.
