About
I'm passionate about helping my patients reclaim restful, restorative sleep and the quality of life that comes with it. Drawing on my background in both psychiatry and neurology, I work with people struggling with everything from chronic insomnia to complex sleep disorders, taking time to truly understand what's disrupting your sleep and how it's affecting your day. I offer comprehensive virtual consultations that combine medical expertise with genuine care, and I'm accepting new patients who are ready to feel like themselves again.
Services offered
I provide comprehensive telehealth evaluations and treatment for a full range of sleep disorders, including insomnia, obstructive and central sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders. My approach combines evidence-based medical management with behavioral interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), medication management when appropriate, and practical sleep hygiene strategies tailored to your lifestyle. I work with adults of all ages—from shift workers and busy professionals struggling with irregular sleep schedules to older adults dealing with age-related sleep changes. During your virtual consultation, we'll discuss your sleep history in detail, review any relevant medical records or sleep study results, explore contributing factors, and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to restore your sleep quality and daytime functioning.
