I treat a wide range of sleep disorders using evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's unique situation. My treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), medical management of sleep apnea and other sleep conditions, circadian rhythm optimization, and lifestyle counseling. I work with patients experiencing chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and sleep disturbances related to shift work or medical conditions. During telehealth sessions, I conduct a thorough sleep history, review any prior sleep studies or diagnostic results, discuss symptoms and their impact on your daily life, and collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan that may include behavioral strategies, medical interventions, or specialist referrals when needed.
