About
I work with clients using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based approaches to help them manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. In my telehealth sessions, I focus on practical skill-building and identifying the thought patterns and behaviors that keep people stuck, tailoring techniques like exposure therapy and behavioral activation to each person's unique situation. I'm licensed in Alaska and available for remote sessions to help you work through what's brought you to therapy.
Services offered
I treat a range of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment difficulties using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches. My telehealth sessions typically involve 45-50 minutes of focused work where we identify problematic thought and behavior patterns, practice new coping strategies, and develop concrete tools you can use between sessions. I work with adolescents and adults navigating everything from clinical anxiety to life transitions and relationship stress. Each session builds on previous work, with homework assignments designed to reinforce skills and create meaningful change in your daily life.
