About

I'm an internal medicine and sleep medicine specialist who takes a comprehensive diagnostic approach to sleep disorders, using detailed history, validated screening tools, and when appropriate, sleep study interpretation to guide treatment. I work with patients on insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders through a combination of behavioral interventions and medical management tailored to each person's specific situation. I offer full telehealth consultations for new and established patients across Virginia.

Services offered

I provide comprehensive telehealth evaluation and management for a wide range of sleep disorders affecting adults. My approach combines evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), medication management, and lifestyle modification strategies. I interpret sleep study results, manage continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy and other device treatments, and address underlying medical conditions contributing to poor sleep. During a typical virtual visit, I conduct a detailed sleep history, review any prior testing, discuss symptoms and their impact on daily functioning, and develop a personalized treatment plan. I serve patients seeking help with chronic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, excessive daytime sleepiness, and circadian rhythm problems including shift work sleep disorder.
