About
I'm dedicated to helping patients reclaim restful, restorative sleep and understand the complex relationship between their sleep, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Drawing on my training in psychiatry, neurology, and sleep medicine, I work with patients to identify what's disrupting their nights—whether it's insomnia, sleep apnea, or something less obvious—and develop personalized treatment plans that actually work. I'm committed to meeting you where you are through convenient telehealth visits, so you can get the care you need without the hassle of traveling.
Services offered
I evaluate and treat a wide range of sleep disorders, including chronic insomnia, obstructive and central sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders that affect shift workers and travelers. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), sleep hygiene optimization, and when appropriate, medication management informed by my psychiatry and neurology background. I work with adults struggling with sleep problems alongside anxiety, depression, or neurological conditions, as well as those simply looking to optimize their sleep quality. During your telehealth session, we'll discuss your sleep history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors, then collaboratively develop a treatment plan that may include behavioral strategies, medication options, or referrals for sleep studies when needed.
