About

I'm passionate about helping people reclaim their nights and transform their waking lives through quality sleep. Whether you're struggling with insomnia that won't quit, managing sleep apnea, or dealing with the exhaustion of restless legs syndrome, I work with you to find real solutions that fit your life. I'm committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth so you can get the support you need from home.

Services offered

I treat a wide range of sleep disorders using both behavioral and medical approaches tailored to each patient's unique situation. My practice focuses on conditions like chronic insomnia, obstructive and central sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm problems that affect shift workers and others with irregular schedules. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) alongside medication management when appropriate, helping patients address the root causes of poor sleep rather than just masking symptoms. During our telehealth sessions, I'll conduct a thorough evaluation of your sleep history, discuss your symptoms and lifestyle factors, and develop a personalized treatment plan. I work with adults of all ages and am experienced in helping patients navigate complex sleep issues, medication side effects, and the emotional toll that chronic sleep problems can take.
