I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim the restorative sleep they deserve. With years of experience in sleep medicine, I work with people struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders—conditions that can deeply affect every part of your life. I'm committed to listening carefully to your concerns and creating a personalized treatment plan that works for you, and I'm glad to provide that care through telehealth.

Services offered

I evaluate and treat a wide range of sleep disorders, including chronic insomnia, obstructive and central sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm problems that disrupt your sleep schedule. My approach combines evidence-based medical management with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which helps address both the physical and psychological factors affecting your sleep quality. I also work with shift workers and people dealing with non-restorative sleep or excessive daytime sleepiness. During our telehealth sessions, I conduct a thorough sleep history, discuss your symptoms and sleep patterns, review any previous testing or treatments, and collaboratively develop a customized treatment plan that may include behavioral modifications, lifestyle recommendations, medication when appropriate, or referrals for sleep studies.
