I work with clients using evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills and work through the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck, all from the comfort of your own space through secure telehealth sessions.

I provide individual therapy via telehealth for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related symptoms. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful change in their daily lives.
