I treat a wide range of sleep disorders including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm disruptions affecting both shift workers and travelers. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with medical management when appropriate, tailoring treatment to each patient's unique sleep challenges and lifestyle. I work with adults experiencing poor sleep quality, frequent nighttime awakenings, excessive daytime sleepiness, and other sleep-related concerns. During a typical telehealth session, I conduct a comprehensive sleep history, discuss your symptoms and sleep patterns, and develop a collaborative treatment plan that may include behavioral modifications, sleep hygiene optimization, or medical interventions.
