About
I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim restful sleep and the energy that comes with it. Drawing on my background in internal medicine and specialized training in sleep disorders, I work with patients to identify what's disrupting their nights—whether it's sleep apnea, insomnia, or circadian rhythm challenges—and develop personalized treatment plans. I'm here to listen, answer your questions honestly, and partner with you toward better sleep, all through convenient virtual visits.
Services offered
I provide comprehensive telehealth evaluation and management for a wide range of sleep disorders affecting both adults and older adults. My approach combines evidence-based medical treatment—including medication management when appropriate—with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and lifestyle modification strategies. I evaluate conditions like obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders. During our virtual consultations, I take time to understand your sleep history, symptoms, and how sleep problems are affecting your daily life, then work with you to determine whether diagnostic testing or specialist referral might be helpful. I'm board-certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine, and I'm accepting new telehealth patients throughout Delaware.
