About
I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim restful, restorative sleep—I know how profoundly sleep problems affect every aspect of your life. With training in both internal medicine and pulmonary disease, I bring a comprehensive approach to sleep medicine, whether you're struggling with obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, or the exhaustion that comes from undiagnosed sleep disorders. I'm here to listen, investigate what's really going on, and work with you via telehealth to find solutions that actually fit your life.
Services offered
I evaluate and treat the full spectrum of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm problems that interfere with work and daily functioning. My approach combines evidence-based medical assessment with behavioral strategies—I use detailed sleep histories, discuss CPAP and other device therapies, and incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques to address the thoughts and habits fueling sleep problems. I work with adults dealing with shift work, jet lag, hypersomnolence, and non-restorative sleep. During a typical telehealth visit, we'll discuss your sleep patterns, daytime symptoms, and medical history; I'll answer your questions about treatment options and may recommend home sleep testing or laboratory studies when needed, then follow up to monitor your progress and adjust your plan.
