I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim their sleep and their lives. I work with people struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders—conditions that can feel isolating when you're exhausted day after day. Through telehealth, I provide personalized care that fits your schedule, combining evidence-based medicine with the listening ear I believe every patient deserves.

Services offered

I treat a wide range of sleep disorders using both medical and behavioral approaches. For insomnia, I offer cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) alongside medication management when appropriate. I evaluate and manage obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm problems that affect shift workers and others with non-traditional schedules. During a typical telehealth visit, we'll discuss your sleep patterns, daytime symptoms, and medical history, then develop a personalized treatment plan that may include sleep hygiene coaching, therapeutic interventions, or medication. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are ready to prioritize better sleep and improved quality of life.
