About
I work with clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to help them navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. I find that telehealth allows me to meet people in their own environment, which often helps them feel more comfortable opening up about what's really going on. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and strategies you can use between sessions to build lasting change.
Services offered
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive patterns. In my telehealth sessions, I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients identify thought patterns, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful life changes. I also work with people navigating major life transitions, grief, and stress management. Each session typically involves collaborative discussion of your current challenges, exploration of underlying patterns, and concrete skills practice you can implement in daily life. I'm licensed in Alaska and conduct all sessions via secure video conferencing, allowing you flexibility while maintaining clinical effectiveness and confidentiality.
