I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim restful, restorative sleep and the quality of life that comes with it. As a sleep medicine specialist, I work with people struggling with everything from chronic insomnia to sleep apnea, taking time to truly understand what's disrupting their rest and their days. I offer telehealth appointments because I believe good sleep care should be accessible, and I'm committed to finding the right solution—whether that's behavioral strategies, medical management, or a combination approach—that works for your unique situation.

I diagnose and treat a wide range of sleep disorders including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disturbances. My approach combines evidence-based medical care with behavioral and lifestyle interventions—including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)—to address both the root causes and symptoms of sleep problems. I work with adults of all ages, shift workers, and patients managing sleep issues alongside other health conditions.
