I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and grief using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). During our telehealth sessions, we'll start by understanding your unique situation and goals, then work collaboratively to develop coping strategies and tools you can use in your daily life.
