About

I'm passionate about helping people navigate the challenges that feel overwhelming—whether that's anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma. Through our work together, I believe we can build real understanding and create meaningful change in your life. I'm committed to meeting you where you are and providing compassionate, evidence-based care entirely through telehealth.

Services offered

I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and grief using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). During our telehealth sessions, we'll start by understanding your unique situation and goals, then work collaboratively to develop coping strategies and tools you can use in your daily life. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with past experiences, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and chronic stress. Each session is a safe, confidential space where we can explore what's been difficult and build toward the future you want.
