About

I work with clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific needs, whether they're managing anxiety and depression or processing trauma and grief. My practice focuses on helping people understand the patterns underlying their struggles and develop practical skills they can use in daily life. I'm available for telehealth appointments and committed to making mental health support accessible.

Services offered

I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build resilience and emotional regulation skills. During sessions, we work collaboratively to identify thought patterns and behaviors maintaining your struggles, then practice concrete techniques you can apply between appointments. I also support clients navigating relationship challenges, major life changes, and grief. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and develop meaningful change.
