About
I'm an internal medicine physician with specialized training in sleep medicine, and I work with patients to identify the root causes of their sleep problems rather than just masking symptoms. I use a combination of detailed sleep history assessment, diagnostic testing interpretation, and personalized treatment plans that may include behavioral modifications, cognitive approaches, or medication management. I offer full telehealth consultations for patients throughout Vermont who are struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, and other sleep disorders.
Services offered
I provide comprehensive telehealth evaluations for patients with chronic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, and circadian rhythm disorders. My approach combines evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with medical management when appropriate, including medication optimization and lifestyle recommendations tailored to each patient's circumstances. I interpret home sleep studies and CPAP therapy data to help patients maximize treatment effectiveness, and I work with shift workers and those with irregular schedules to develop practical strategies for better sleep. During a typical virtual visit, we discuss your sleep patterns in detail, review any relevant test results, and create a step-by-step treatment plan you can implement with ongoing support and follow-up care.
