About
I specialize in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders using a combination of clinical assessment, sleep medicine protocols, and personalized treatment planning. I work with patients struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disruptions, employing both behavioral interventions and medical management to restore restorative sleep. I offer comprehensive telehealth consultations that allow me to evaluate your sleep patterns, review any prior studies, and develop a treatment strategy tailored to your specific needs.
Services offered
I provide telehealth consultations for patients with chronic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, delayed sleep phase syndrome, and other sleep-related conditions affecting daytime function and quality of life. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), sleep hygiene optimization, and when appropriate, pharmacologic management to address underlying sleep pathology. I work with adults experiencing non-restorative sleep, frequent nighttime awakenings, excessive daytime sleepiness, and shift-related sleep problems. During a typical telehealth session, I conduct a detailed sleep history, review symptoms and sleep logs, discuss any previous sleep studies, and collaboratively establish a treatment plan that may include behavioral modifications, medication adjustments, or recommendations for in-person sleep testing.
