I provide comprehensive sleep medicine evaluations and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders affecting children, adults, and older adults. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), medical management, and lifestyle modifications tailored to your specific needs. I evaluate and treat obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders including shift work sleep disorder. During your telehealth visit, we'll discuss your sleep history, symptoms, and any previous treatments, then develop an individualized care plan that may include behavioral strategies, medication management, or referral for sleep studies when needed. I also work closely with patients to optimize CPAP therapy and address sleep quality concerns affecting work performance, daytime functioning, and overall health.
