About

I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders using evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's unique situation. My practice focuses on conditions like insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders, and I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) alongside medical management when appropriate. I offer comprehensive telehealth consultations that allow me to work with patients across Georgia to develop personalized treatment plans that improve sleep quality and daytime functioning.

Services offered

I provide comprehensive telehealth evaluations for patients struggling with chronic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and other sleep-related conditions. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with appropriate medical interventions, sleep hygiene optimization, and when needed, coordination with in-home sleep testing. I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, non-restorative sleep, or excessive daytime sleepiness. During a typical telehealth session, I conduct a detailed sleep history, discuss your symptoms and lifestyle factors affecting sleep, review any prior sleep studies, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan that may include behavioral modifications, therapeutic techniques, and medication management if appropriate.
