About
I'm passionate about helping patients reclaim their sleep and, with it, their lives. After years of seeing how profoundly sleep disorders affect overall health and wellbeing, I've devoted my practice to sleep medicine because I believe everyone deserves restorative rest. I work with patients across California via telehealth to diagnose and treat conditions like insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders, using both evidence-based medical approaches and behavioral strategies tailored to each person's unique situation.
Services offered
I provide comprehensive sleep medicine evaluation and treatment through secure telehealth appointments. I specialize in diagnosing and managing insomnia, obstructive and central sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, circadian rhythm disturbances, and shift work sleep disorder. My approach combines medical management, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), sleep hygiene optimization, and lifestyle modifications. During a typical telehealth visit, I conduct a detailed sleep history, review any sleep studies or wearable data you've completed, discuss your symptoms and how they're affecting daily functioning, and work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. I also serve patients adjusting to new work schedules, managing chronic conditions that disrupt sleep, and those seeking alternatives to or optimization of sleep medications.
