About
I work with patients using evidence-based approaches tailored to their individual needs, drawing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and when appropriate, psychopharmacology to address conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to create a collaborative space where we can identify patterns, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I'm available for telehealth appointments and take time to understand what brings each person to treatment.
Services offered
I provide comprehensive mental health care for adults managing anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, and stress-related conditions. In my telehealth sessions, I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques with psychodynamic exploration to help patients understand underlying patterns and develop practical coping strategies. I can also evaluate and manage psychiatric medications when clinically appropriate. Each session typically involves focused discussion of current symptoms and challenges, exploration of thought patterns and behaviors, skill-building around emotion regulation and anxiety management, and collaborative planning of between-session work. I work with professionals experiencing burnout, individuals processing trauma or major life transitions, and anyone seeking to better understand their mental health and build resilience.
