I work with children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to address anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. As a school-based provider, I have extensive experience supporting students navigating academic stress, social difficulties, and emotional regulation—and I bring that same practical, tailored approach to my telehealth practice. I'm committed to creating a safe space where young people can develop real coping skills and families can strengthen their communication.
Services offered
I provide individual therapy for children and adolescents, as well as family sessions, using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques to address anxiety, depression, ADHD-related struggles, and behavioral concerns. My background in school-based mental health means I'm skilled at helping young people manage academic pressure, peer relationships, and emotional regulation in practical, age-appropriate ways. During telehealth sessions, we work collaboratively to identify patterns, build coping strategies, and establish tools they can use both in session and in daily life. I also work with parents to support their child's progress and strengthen family communication.
