About
I work with clients using evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. I find that tailoring my methods to each person's unique needs—whether that's focusing on thought patterns, emotional regulation skills, or processing difficult experiences—creates meaningful change. I'm available for telehealth sessions throughout Alaska and take a collaborative approach to help you build the tools you need.
Services offered
I provide telehealth counseling for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress, and grief using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques. My sessions focus on identifying thought and behavior patterns that maintain distress, developing practical coping skills, and processing difficult experiences at your own pace. I work with clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the accumulated stress of daily life. A typical telehealth session involves 45-50 minutes of focused, confidential conversation where we'll explore what brought you in, practice new skills, and identify meaningful steps forward between sessions.
